As many of you may know, my mother has Alzheimers and her decline in recent months has been quite devastating. Over the summer I spent a lot of time with her whilst also finding some time for training for the Dam tot Dam run. This run is for her and for all the wonderful people who are losing themselves to this terrible disease. Please give generously!
